Description 🍽️ :
- We’ll start off with an introductory call where we get to know you better and understand your company’s mission/goals and how the role fits into your mission.
- Setting up a second call where we deep dive into the role specs with the hiring manager, and arrange a catch-up schedule that suits your timeline. (The second call is optional we can do this all in our first call - if time allows)
- The team will generate a job description, source and screen candidates within the role specifications and share a candidate list with you. This step will repeat itself until we find the perfect match!
- Once the candidate is selected we’ll handle the salary negotiations and share the offer letter with them (using your company’s offer letter template, of course!)
- Once the candidate signs the offer, you’re all set! You’ve now got an awesome teammate to lean on and help you grow your business ✨
